A strong candidate will have prior production exposure and a commitment to food safety while maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. The position requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to train new hires.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification
• One year of production experience operating equipment

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment along the line and support maintenance during downtimes.
• Lead by example in the clean-as-you-go program and train new staff.
• Communicate daily findings to warehouse staff and monitor product quality and safety standards.
• Ensure high productivity by balancing lines and minimizing waste.
