ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead measurement and analysis of warehouse inventory processes, develop SOPs, and drive continuous improvement across material prep, receiving, storage, and shipping. You will work to optimize layout, equipment placement, and workflow while collaborating across teams.

The role emphasizes applying Lean/Six Sigma, detailed layout development, and cross-functional leadership to deliver efficiency gains and quality improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
• Demonstrate proficiency in applying Lean or Six Sigma principles.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborative, flexible, and able to adapt in a warehouse setting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with contractors/vendors.
• Communicate effectively in writing and speech across levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, measure, and support manufacturing process changes; develop SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Collect and analyze KPIs like cycle time and storage efficiency to drive improvements.
• Participate in Kaizen events to measure and improve warehouse processes.
• Analyze workflow, layout, equipment placement to optimize warehouse efficiency.
