Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead measurement and analysis of manufacturing processes, develop processes and tooling, and drive continuous improvements across the end-to-end production cycle. You will support mass production efficiency and new product introductions within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering and 2+ years in manufacturing, with a strong focus on Lean, Six Sigma, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Ability to mine data and derive actionable insights for process improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and measure manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Document SOPs and train operators to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Lead continuous improvement and support New Product Introduction with DFMEA/DFM considerations.
