Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee daily inventory operations, improve accuracy, manage bin storage, cycle counts, audit processes, and inventory reconciliation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain, 8+ years in supply chain or logistics, 3+ years in people management, strong ERP and MS Office skills, and proven cross-functional collaboration; experience leading Lean initiatives is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations planning.
• 3+ years of people management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and audits.
• Manage bin storage and replenishment.
• Lead and develop the inventory team, including cross-training.
• Drive KPI performance and root-cause analysis.
