Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead measurement and analysis of manufacturing processes, develop tooling, and implement SOPs. You will drive continuous improvements, support new technologies, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams on NPI, DFMs, and manufacturability assessments, and generate essential process documentation including PFMEA and Control Plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analytical skills with data mining to draw conclusions.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with data analytics best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement and analysis of manufacturing processes.
• Develop processes and tooling; implement SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvements in the factory and support new technologies.
• Lead and support long-term initiatives; mentor junior engineers.
• Support NPI with DFMs and manufacturing feasibility assessments.
• Generate PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows and Value Stream Maps.
