Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will safely perform a range of duties including receiving, stocking, picking, and loading products, while maintaining accurate records and following SOPs.

The role requires forklift experience, basic math and communication skills, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment. We offer comprehensive benefits and an equal opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
• At least six (6) months of forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Maintains records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOPs.
• Counts goods returned by sales and delivery personnel.
• Interacts with automation systems and screens, voice pick system, and other warehouse management systems.
• Identifies machine faults and troubleshoots system errors.
• Operates warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely to store, stage, retrieve, and load products.
• Performs safety and pre-trip checks on machinery.
• Performs janitorial tasks to keep the facility clean and organized.
