Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will safely perform a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, counting, loading, unloading, palletizing, and shipping to support our internal and external customers.

The role requires forklift experience or the ability to pass a forklift skills assessment, plus solid math, reading, and communication skills. You will work with PBV material handling equipment in a non climate-controlled environment and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
• At least six (6) months of forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills are required.
• Mechanical aptitude is desirable.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills are required.
• Must be able to read labels and load tickets and count large quantities.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Maintains records (Bill of Ladings, receivers, pick tickets) per procedures.
• Counts goods returned to the plant and inspects condition.
• Operates automation screens and pick systems to verify pallets and loads.
• Identifies machine faults and performs basic maintenance on automation systems.
• Safely operates warehouse equipment to store, stage, and load products.
• Performs safety checks on equipment and keeps area clean and organized.
• Supports yard switching and other duties as assigned.
