Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support PBV’s warehouse operations. You will pull, load, unload, sort, palletize, wrap, and transport products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include verifying product quality, maintaining records, operating warehouse equipment, and using automation systems. The role requires basic math, reading, and strong teamwork in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV equipment.
• At least six months forklift experience preferred.
• Basic math, reading, writing and communication skills.
• Able to read product labels and load ticket instructions.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with exposure to hot/humid or cold weather.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Performs check-in/check-out duties and maintains records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets).
• Counts goods returned by sales/delivery personnel and assesses condition.
• Safely operates yard switcher and trucks for loading/unloading.
• Interacts with automation systems and pallet-building processes to ensure accurate loads.
• Identifies machine faults, troubleshoots, and performs basic maintenance on automation systems.
• Safely operates warehouse equipment to store, stage, retrieve, and load products.
• Completes safety checks on assigned machinery and maintains clean work areas.
• Performs janitorial tasks to keep the space organized and safe.
• Adheres to GMP and food safety guidelines and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
