SanMar is seeking a Production II associate in our DC Warehouse to perform multiple duties including restocking, order audit, and picking orders. You will operate RF devices, inspect outbound orders, and ensure timely shipping while meeting accuracy standards.

The role requires 1-3 years in a warehouse setting, basic math, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; high school diploma preferred. Overtime may be required, and attendance must be reliable.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity.
• Able to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written comprehension.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Overtime may be required.

Aufgaben

• Pick products quickly and accurately from designated locations.
• Restock products into designated locations.
• Audit outbound orders for accuracy and compliance, seal and direct for invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out and return equipment in good condition.
• Meet production and accuracy targets and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
