Job summary

SanMar in Minnesota is seeking a Production II associate to support warehouse operations, including order picking, restocking, and audit/compliance of outbound orders. You will operate a voice/RF unit, handle equipment, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse activity, basic math, and good attention to detail. A fast-paced environment and ability to work independently or with a team are essential, with benefits and overtime potential

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Quickly and accurately pick product from designated locations.
Restock product into designated locations.
Audit outbound orders for accuracy and compliance; seal and direct for invoicing and shipping.
Operate a voice or RF unit.
Check out equipment and return it in good condition.
Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
