Job summary

RRD is seeking a warehouse associate to assist with filling and packaging orders from the warehouse in preparation for shipment. You will help maintain inventory, train staff, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities include packing, labeling, using warehouse management software, loading/unloading, and helping with safety and security in daily operations. This role requires basic arithmetic, good communication, and flexibility on shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret job specs and identify correct parts for orders.
• Very good oral and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of routine packing procedures and warehouse operations.
• Able to stock, move, and rotate items per instructions.
• Able to complete stock description forms and labeling requirements.
• Skill in assembling standard shipping boxes and packing contents securely.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Willing to flex schedule including overtime or different shift.
• Able to use a ladder to reach items.

Responsibilities

• Pick or package printed materials or related items using packing procedures.
• Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Operate computers and warehouse management software.
• Place labels on packages and manage manuals in binders.
• Load/unload materials onto pallets and assist with strapping and padding.
• Move items on pallets or in bins within storage areas.
• Meet established productivity and quality standards.
• Identify issues and escalate to lead/management for solutions.
• Participate in training and development.
• Assist with special projects or complex orders.
• Maintain warehouse security and safety.
