RRD is seeking a warehouse associate in Indiana to assist with filling and packaging orders, maintain warehouse inventory, and support training and continuous improvement efforts.

You will pick or package materials, operate warehouse management software, label and ship orders, load and unload pallets, meet productivity standards, and adapt to shift and overtime as needed. RR Donnelley is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant warehouse experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and identify correct parts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of packing procedures and warehouse procedures.
• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per instructions.
• Able to complete stock description forms and labeling requirements.
• Skilled in assembling standard shipping boxes and packing contents.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Willingness to flex schedule including overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Pick or package a variety of printed materials or related items.
• Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Operate computers and warehouse management software.
• Label packages and ensure correct shipping information.
• Load and unload materials onto pallets and prepare for transport.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous training and development.
• Identify issues and notify lead/management for solutions.
• Count and sort product items.
• May assist with special projects or complex orders.
• Maintain warehouse security and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
