Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with filling and packaging orders in a warehouse setting. You will help maintain inventory and prepare materials for shipment on first shift in Indiana.

Responsibilities include picking/packing printed materials, labeling, loading/unloading, and ensuring accurate shipping information. Candidates should read job specs, communicate clearly, and keep work areas organized and safe. Pre-employment background and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years experience in manufacturing or warehousing is nice to have.
• Ability to read and interpret job specs and identify correct parts for customer orders.
• Basic communication skills (written and/or verbal).
• Basic knowledge of routine packing procedures, techniques, equipment and warehouse procedures.
• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per operating instructions or guidance.

Responsibilities

• Pick or package a variety of printed materials or related items using packing procedures.
• Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Place labels on packages and prepare manuals for inclusion in binders.
• Load/unload materials onto pallets, racks, or shelves by hand.
• Ensure shipping information is accurate and shipments meet schedule.
• Move items on pallets or containers using hand tools and assistive devices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
