Job summary

RRD is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with filling and packaging orders, maintaining inventory, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. You will follow packing procedures, operate warehouse software, and ensure accurate shipping information and timely dispatch.

The role requires basic arithmetic, ability to read specs, and reliable communication. OT or shift changes may be needed to meet production demands. Competitive pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and identify correct parts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of packing procedures and warehouse operations.
• Ability to stock, move, rotate items, and complete stock description forms.
• Basic arithmetic and use of standard packing tools.
• Flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders to reach items.

Responsibilities

• Assist with filling/packaging orders for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse and inventory of products and customer materials.
• Operate warehouse management software and packing procedures.
• Label, box, and seal items for shipping with proper documentation.
• Place items on pallets, prepare for transport, and ensure secure packaging.
• Meet productivity and quality standards and escalate issues as needed.
• Support training and development of employees and temporary labor.
• Count and sort product items and assist with special projects.
