Job summary

Chief of Staff, LLC is seeking diligent warehouse staff to fill a Picker/Packer position. You will use an RF scanner and a pick cart to pull orders for shipment, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role involves walking, standing, pushing a cart, and lifting 10–30 lb items. It is ongoing, with potential for project-based or seasonal assignments and a strict attendance policy.

Qualifications

• Warehouse packing and order fulfillment experience.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift 10–30 lb.
• Comfort with using hand tools and basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and inspect containers, materials, or products to ensure that product quality and packing specifications are met.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment, such as conveyors, or in specified areas, such as loading docks.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Seal containers or materials, using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools.
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers, using hand tools.
• Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders, using hand tools.
• Place or pour products or materials into containers, using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes.

In this role, you will be given an RF scanner and a pick cart and assigned orders to pull for customer orders to be shipped out! You will need to be quick and accurate with all orders!
