Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Picker - Packer to join our operations team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain by accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment, as well as, supporting daily assembly projects. Key Responsibilities

Picking

Organizing labels to coincide with warehouse layout for maximum efficiency

Safely navigate the warehouse using the mouse cart as transportation

Utilize handheld scanners to select products from bin locations with 100% accuracy

Daily communications of needed stock replacement, inventory discrepancies and mislabeled items to management

Packing

Verifying customer labels and order details for efficient picking

Packing product with 100% accuracy into designated labeled bags for each order

Handing off completed orders to the shipping department in a timely manner

Restocking of product to bins to maintain inventory levels

Assembly & Ad Hoc Work

Support the assembly department by assembling parts following the last daily parcel pickup

Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work area

Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned within the warehouse. i.e. shipping, receiving, assembly, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on order precision to achieve 100% accuracy in picking and packing, so our customers receive exactly what they order

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch and pick up to 50lbs

Reliability: Showing up daily to support the team, strong time-management skills and a solid work ethic to support the team’s daily goals

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Windows OS and handheld scanners/mobile devices & other software/hardware to complete the job to be done

Work Environment

Active warehouse environment

Frequent lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing and pulling of small parts and packages up to 50lb’s or more
