Job summary

Chief of Staff, LLC is seeking enthusiastic warehouse staff to serve as a Picker/Packer in Perryman, MD. You will use an RF scanner and a pick cart to pull orders for shipment, requiring speed and accuracy to meet packing specifications.

Responsibilities include inspecting items for quality, measuring and counting products, sealing and packing cartons, and recording order details. The role involves a lot of walking, standing, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with potential project-based or seasonal

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our warehousing team as a Picker/Packer.
In this role, you will be given an RF scanner and a pick cart and assigned orders to pull for customer orders to be shipped out! You will need to be quick and accurate with all orders!
Responsibilities:

• Examine and inspect containers, materials, or products to ensure that product quality and packing specifications are met.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment, such as conveyors, or in specified areas, such as loading docks.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Seal containers or materials, using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools.
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers, using hand tools.
• Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders, using hand tools.
• Place or pour products or materials into containers, using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes.

The role will require a lot of walking, standing, pushing the pick cart, and lifting around 10- 30-pound products.
This is an ongoing job but also subject to being project-based or seasonal. We follow a STRICT attendance point system while on assignment here!
