Chief of Staff, LLC is seeking enthusiastic, dependable team members to join our warehousing team as a Picker/Packer in Perryman, MD. You will be given an RF scanner and a pick cart to pull orders for shipment, requiring quick, accurate performance.

The role involves inspecting items for quality, measuring and labeling, and packing into cartons with hand tools. A lot of walking and lifting up to 30 pounds is expected; position may be ongoing, project-based, or seasonal.

• Examine and inspect containers, materials, or products to ensure quality and packing specs.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Remove completed or defective items and place them on moving equipment or loading docks.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on forms and records.
• Seal containers or materials using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools.
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers, using hand tools.
• Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders using hand tools.
• Place or pour products or materials into containers, using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes.
• This role requires a lot of walking, standing, pushing the pick cart, and lifting around 10-30 pounds.

In this role, you will be given an RF scanner and a pick cart and assigned orders to pull for customer orders to be shipped out! You will need to be quick and accurate with all orders!

• Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment, such as conveyors, or in specified areas, such as loading docks.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Seal containers or materials, using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools.
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers, using hand tools.
• Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders, using hand tools.
• Place or pour products or materials into containers, using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes.

The role will require a lot of walking, standing, pushing the pick cart, and lifting around 10- 30-pound products.
This is an ongoing job but also subject to being project-based or seasonal. We follow a STRICT attendance point system while on assignment here!
