Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking dependable Picker/Packers (Warehouse Associates) for a fast-paced environment. You will pick customer orders, pack products for shipment, prepare orders for delivery, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Shifts include First, Second, and Third; schedule based on business needs. Responsibilities include using pick tickets or RF scanners, packing, labeling, and ensuring order accuracy while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience including picker/packer, shipping, receiving, or inventory is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
• Accurately pack products to ensure safe shipment.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
• Label, sort, stage, and prepare completed orders for shipping.
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting damaged or missing products.
• Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment, if trained.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet daily production, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Physical requirements: stand and walk for extended periods; frequently bend, reach, twist, and lift throughout the workday; lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; perform repetitive hand and arm movements; work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
