12 HOUR SHIFTS - THURSDAY, FRIDAY, AND SATURDAY ONLY

Picker/Packer Job Description The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting products from warehouse inventory, preparing orders, and packing items for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Picker/Packers typically use pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse systems to locate and verify products.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from designated warehouse locations according to customer orders.
• Use RF scanners, pick tickets, or other order-picking systems.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product accuracy.
• Inspect products for damage or defects.
• Pack products securely for shipment.
• Label, seal, and prepare cartons or packages for shipping.
• Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies.
• Assist with stocking and replenishing warehouse locations as needed.
• Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
