Job summary

VoltaGrid LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Parts I in Midland, TX to assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This role supports higher-level staff and ensures smooth product flow through the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) preferred.
• No prior experience required; warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push or pull loads.
• Basic math and reading skills to read labels and slips.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills; ability to follow instructions.
• Dependability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, climb, and move for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy; learn warehouse management systems or inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Unload trucks or containers, sort and move items to storage locations.
• Store materials in designated shelves, racks, or bins with proper labeling.
• Pick, pack, wrap, and label orders for shipment.
• Stage and load outgoing orders onto trucks or shipping vehicles.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment under supervision.
• Request materials for reorder points or needs.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, organized warehouse environment.
• Report damaged goods or safety hazards to supervisor.
