Qualifications

• No prior experience required; warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push or pull loads.
• Basic math and reading skills to read labels and slips.

• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Unload trucks or containers, sort and move items to storage locations.
• Store materials in designated shelves, racks, or bins with proper labeling.
• Pick, pack, wrap, and label orders for shipment.
• Stage and load outgoing orders onto trucks or shipping vehicles.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment under supervision.
• Request materials for reorder points or needs.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, organized warehouse environment.
• Report damaged goods or safety hazards to supervisor.

FLSA Class: NON-EXEMPT
Responsible to: INVENTORY MANAGER

Position Summary The Warehouse Parts Associate is responsible for assisting with daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. The position supports higher-level staff and ensures the smooth flow of product through the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders
• Unload trucks or containers, sort and move items to appropriate storage locations
• Store materials in designated shelves, racks, or bins using proper labeling and organization
• Pick, pack, wrap, and label orders to prepare for shipment
• Stage and load outgoing orders onto trucks or shipping vehicles
• Perform regular inventory counts (cycle counts) and report any discrepancies
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, hand trucks) under supervision
• Request materials for reorder points or requests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Report damaged goods, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to supervisor
