VoltaGrid, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Parts Associate in Midland, TX to support daily warehouse operations. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and ship parts, ensuring accurate inventory and orderly workflow. The role includes 11 days on, 3 days off, with hourly pay plus bonus and benefits. No prior experience required, but warehouse or logistics experience helps.

The position reports to the Inventory Manager and emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior experience required (though warehouse or logistics experience is a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull, and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and reading skills for labels and packing slips.
• Attention to detail, dependability, and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; verify contents.
• Unload trucks and move items to storage locations.
• Store materials on designated shelves with proper labeling.
• Pick, pack, wrap, and label orders for shipment.
• Stage and load outgoing orders onto trucks or shipping vehicles.
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment under supervision.
