• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Proficient with warehouse management or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Forklift certification required by Voltagrid.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or internal distribution.
• Managing EMR requests for operations and field requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, cycle counts, and data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Assist with warehouse management systems (WMS) training and SOP standards.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) in a safe and efficient manner
• Organize and maintain warehouse layout to optimize space and ensure accessibility.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational policies
• Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or damaged material
• Assist with periodic physical inventories and process improvement initiatives.
