Volt is hiring a Forklift Operator in Livonia, MI. You will perform shipping/receiving duties, manage inventory, and prepare orders while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

This is a full-time contract opportunity with emphasis on forklift use, POS system familiarity, and attention to detail. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and 401(k) options. The role requires 2–3 years in warehouse operations and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience (shipping/receiving/put away).
• 2-3 years of Forklift experience (sit down).
• Preferred PC/computer experience and scan gun usage.

Responsibilities

• Performs various shipping and receiving duties both manually and with a forklift.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and conducts inventory actions.
• Providing superior customer service to our customers.
• Prepares orders by processing requests; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment and compliance with procedures.
