Job summary

Sysco is seeking a warehouse associate in Oklahoma to hand-build pallets and load product onto trailers according to company standards. You will read pick sheets, travel to warehouse locations with a pallet jack, and ensure accurate labeling and loading.

This role emphasizes safety and food safety procedures, equipment operation (forklifts and scanners), and attendance with potential overtime. Prior warehouse experience and a forklift/pallet jack license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift and pallet jack license/certification required.
• 6 months of warehouse experience preferred; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Reads pick sheets and travels to warehouse locations using a pallet jack.
• Picks products, labels them, builds pallets and loads onto trucks per standards.
• Handles products following food safety procedures and checks for damages.
• Keeps the warehouse clean and safe and reports issues to management.
• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and reports equipment issues.
• Completes paperwork and tracks time with a wearable computer.
• Maintains regular attendance and may work overtime as needed.
