Job summary

L and R Distributors is seeking a full-time Outbound Runner to maintain efficient order fulfillment on the warehouse floor. You will pick, pack, and prepare shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality before outbound processing.

The role requires standing for long periods in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. You will monitor conveyors, coordinate with Shipping and QA teams, and uphold safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move boxes as needed.
• Experience with order picking and packing processes.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products into bins, boxes, and containers.
• Maintain inventory lists and assist restocking; report discrepancies.
• Process invoices and ensure documentation for shipments.
• Move completed orders through outbound lanes; monitor conveyor/automation flow.
