Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Runner No-Driving to support warehouse operations, including shipment reception, order processing, and inventory management. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and compliance with HACCP and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries, ticketing, stocking shipments, and coordinating with materials transport providers to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and is critical to smooth supply chain

Qualifications

• Requires ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policies.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be able to bend, twist, stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers in receiving and processing merchandise and supplies.
• Follow delivery schedules; accurately, timely, and efficiently process deliveries.
• Execute ticketing process according to Company standards.
• Accurately and efficiently stock shipments.
• Pull, prepare and process daily orders according to requisitions from stores.
• Review orders for accuracy.
• Use computer to manage accurate inventory for warehouse operations.
• Identify damaged and expired products.
• Rotate products by date in warehouse according to HACCP.
• Follow security and safety procedures established by the Company and Branch.
• Assist in maintenance tasks and activities for the warehouse.
• Maintain fixtures and equipment storage.
• Assist with bin location upkeep and physical inventory processes.
• Maintain HACCP charts, walk-in coolers, and freezers (where applicable).
