Driven Distribution Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate – Shipping to efficiently prepare and process outgoing customer orders. You will ensure accuracy, proper labeling, and on-time shipment while following safety and carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify counts against invoices or pick tickets.
• Label and process shipments per carrier standards (UPS, FedEx, freight).
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
• Inspect shipments for damage or accuracy and maintain a clean, safe area.
• Collaborate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure on-time shipping.
