Job summary

Webstaurantstore is seeking an Outbound Material Handler to ensure orders are picked, consolidated, packed and shipped accurately and on time. This role uses our warehouse systems and equipment, including forklifts, to support fast-moving operations in a busy distribution center.

You will work with teammates to meet daily goals, maintain safety standards, and adapt to changing priorities. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required, and strong communication is essential to provide

Qualifications

• One year of distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners).
• Strong verbal and written communication within a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, consolidate, pack and ship orders accurately.
• Use handheld scanners and ERP system for order processing.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity goals.
• Collaborate with team to support operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
