Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a warehouse associate to pick cases and other items to fulfill customer orders in a multi-temperature warehouse. You will use an electric pallet jack or forklift, wrap and stage pallets, and ensure safety and quality standards are met to keep the distribution process moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry repeatedly throughout shift.
• Ability to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level warehouse racks.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock; wrap and stage pallets for shipment.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift and ensure safety checks before use.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Perform routine safety checks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
