Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse order picker to select cases and containers, loading pallets for shipment with electric pallet jacks, and ensuring accuracy and safety across multi-temperature environments.

You'll perform safety checks, follow work methods, and wrap pallets for shipping, while complying with company policies and overtime requirements. Join a team focused on reliable service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months warehouse and/or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled times and overtime as needed.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Experience in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock staging area using pallet jack/forklift.
• Wrap, label, and ready orders for shipment while maintaining safety and quality.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and wear PPE as required.
• Complete paperwork and secure equipment at end of shift.
