Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to select cases and other items from multi-level rack storage, prepare orders, and move pallets to the loading dock with an electric pallet jack/forklift. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and timely fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs in some cases, working evening shifts, and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs (location dependent).
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• EPJ certification within the new-hire training period.
• Preferred: 6 months warehouse/distribution experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures and keep work area safe.
• Manage supplies and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and navigate multi-level racks to locate items.
• Move palletized orders to shipping dock and prepare for shipment.
• Operate equipment and complete related paperwork at shift end.
