Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse order selector for the Fort Worth distribution center to accurately pick customer orders from multi-level rack systems. You will operate pallet jacks, move pallets to loading, and ensure safety and quality standards are met during the picking and packing process.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 100 lbs, and work in a multi-temperature environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures. Maintain a safe work area.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift to move pallets within racks.
• Place items on pallets from pick slots and load for shipment.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock staging area and prepare for loading.
