Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse associate in Oak Creek, WI to select cases and containers from multi-level racks, prepare orders for shipment, and move pallets to the loading dock using a motorized pallet jack. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely fulfillment.

You will work in a fast-paced distribution environment with multi-temperature areas and must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, stand for long periods, and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience required.
• 6-12 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience preferred.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods to fill customer orders from multi-level racks.
• Move completed orders to loading dock staging area with electric pallet jack/forklift.
• Wrap, label and readied for shipment while observing safety and quality standards.
• Follow all safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Review schedule, obtain supplies, and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location.
