Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking an evening warehouse order picker in Ohio to select cases and non-food items from multi-level racks for customer orders. You’ll use an electric pallet jack/forklift to move pallets to the loading dock while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role offers a pay range of $21.00 to $31.00 per hour, with productivity-based pay; benefits include Day 1 health & wellness, 401K matching, and education assistance. Shifts run Sunday through Thursday evenings.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Ability to lift 60-100 lbs regularly depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift and ensure PPE usage.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate on multi-level racks.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock staging; shrink-wrap if needed.
• Secure equipment and complete necessary paperwork at shift end.
