Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector to pick cases and other items from multi-level warehouse storage. The role uses pallet jacks/forklifts to prepare orders for shipment, adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards while maintaining efficient product flow.

The ideal candidate will work a Sunday 4pm shift and Monday–Thursday 5:00 until finish, earn $16.00/hour plus performance pay, with comprehensive benefits starting Day 1 and growth opportunities within the

Qualifications

• Experience working in high-volume, productive environments with accuracy standards.
• Attention to detail including lot codes and location numbers.
• Teamwork and reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Review schedule and prepare supplies for operations.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and locate products per order sheets.
• Move completed orders to shipping dock staging.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift and perform safety checks.
• Complete shift paperwork and wrap up duties.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
