Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector to pick cases and other containers from multi-level racks, prepare pallets, and load shipments. You will work Sundays 5:30 pm to finish and Monday through Thursday 6:30 pm, with incentive pay in addition to hourly wages.

You must stay productive and accurate, operate pallet jacks/forklifts, and comply with safety rules. Candidates should be able to lift up to 60–100 lbs, pass a background check, and obtain EPJ certification during

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during the shift.
• Ability to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs location dependent.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies, keep area safe, report unsafe conditions.
• Review schedule, obtain supplies and prepare for operations, perform safety checks.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack, locate products per order sheets.
• Manually place stock items on pallets from slots and racks.
• Transport finished palletized orders to shipping dock; shrink-wrapping may be required.
• Maintain completed paperwork and inspect equipment at shift end.
