Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a dedicated team member to select cases and containers of food and non-foods to fulfill customer orders from rack storage. You will move palletized orders to the loading area using an electric pallet jack, ensuring correct labeling and timely shipment.

You will work Sundays through Thursdays evenings, with shifts ending once the work is complete; safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Ability to pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
• Move completed orders to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrap and label for shipment.
• Observe safety regulations and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain efficient flow of product through the production process.
• Perform duties as assigned to support the team and company.
