Job summary

Performance Redistribution, a Performance Food Group Company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Order Selector to move, track, and replenish products in a dynamic distribution environment. You will offload inbound merchandise, stock and pick orders, and ensure accurate location placement to support efficient delivery routes.

The role requires 6+ months of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 90 pounds, and comfort working in cooler/freezer environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift 10–35 lbs and up to 60–90 lbs.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Able to obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as forklift operation.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Associate - Order Selector moves and tracks all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
• Offloads, stocks, selects, and replenishes products when needed.
• Receives inbound merchandise and locates proper pick locations.
• Restocks order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection.
• Ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to meet routine or special demands.
• Maintains inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.
• Pulls orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list.
• Performs end of shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work.
