GEODIS in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily DC activities, supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure accuracy of inventory and order fulfillment. The role emphasizes safety, policy compliance, and process improvements within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Minimum 3–5 years in warehousing with supervisory experience; familiarity with warehouse equipment, WMS, and labor management systems, plus MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years related warehouse and/or distribution center experience preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and systems (WMS, labor management).
• PC literate with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; able to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center
• Supervises staff and directs work related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and material handling
• Prepares work schedules and responds to labor needs
• Manages labor hours and payroll in the electronic timekeeping system
• Interviews and trains prospective and new team members
• Supervises staff development and performance, and addresses issues
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, and ISO9002 procedures
• Plans inventory checks and reconciles stock records
• Prepares reports for leadership
• Trains on the upkeep of warehouse facilities
• Assists in billing and customer service coordination
• Performs other duties as required
