Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse.
• Experience with WMS and OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT regulations as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develops a strategic plan with the General Manager to ensure efficient and cost effective operation.
• Directs the operations of the warehouse supervisors and personnel.
• Oversees inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Audits compliance of internal and external SOPs.
• Plans long-term labor needs based on sales, forecasts and historical data.
