Mom’s Meals seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead three shifts across warehouse operations, ensuring receipt, storage, movement, and accurate inventory by leveraging ERP/WMS systems. You will drive safety, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Purchasing, Production, and Fulfillment teams.

The role oversees 20+ hourly staff, implements cycle counts, and ensures FEFO/FIFO practices while supporting production and customer service goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse management or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading multi-shift teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and material flow.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop shift leads for daily warehouse operations.
• Direct Inventory Coordinators in inventory transactions and discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate replenishment and transfers with multiple departments.
• Monitor KPIs: accuracy, capacity, dock throughput, productivity.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs for storage and transport.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance of 20+ staff.
• Develop and track departmental KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and quality standards.
