Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a results-driven warehouse operations leader to establish procedures for shipments, inventory accuracy, and equipment maintenance. You will coordinate with customer service and sales to ensure seamless distribution and high customer satisfaction while maintaining safety standards.

You will oversee staffing, training, and performance, drive process improvements with WMS and labor systems, and manage budgets to support profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Experience with labor management systems and productivity initiatives preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret general business documents and regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and leads operational procedures for verification of incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse and equipment and coordinates repairs.
• Coordinates with customer service and sales to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up on requests.
• Ensures safe, compliant, efficient warehouse operations and KPI achievement.
