Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Permanent Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch, manage staff, and maintain safety and security across facilities.

RFID-driven inventory tracking and accurate reporting to senior management are key responsibilities. The role requires at least 5 years of warehouse management experience, forklift certification, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in warehouse management.
• Experience with inventory management, tracking systems, RFID.
• Forklift certification and warehouse machinery operation.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement warehouse operations system to meet productivity targets.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of diverse products.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and security of building and stock.
• Implement best practices for inventory control and minimize losses.
• Utilize RFID technology to enhance inventory tracking.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery as required.
• Plan capacity needs and layout for future expansion.
• Manage staff including recruitment, training, and performance.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies for service quality.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations and efficiency.
