Job summary

Target Specialty Products, a Rentokil North America company, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team of warehouse associates and supervisors. You will optimize receiving, storage, order fulfillment, packing and shipping to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to implement improvements that boost productivity and safety across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 4+ years in warehouse or branch operations management.
• 3+ years in a multi-site supervisory role; staff supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop warehouse staff to high performance.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure safety, OSHA standards, and regulatory compliance; maintain certifications.
• Manage warehouse budget and cost controls; liaise with customers and vendors.
• Track KPIs and report operational performance to senior management.
