Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, and drive achievement of daily production goals. You will coordinate shipping/receiving schedules, ensure efficient equipment use, and partner with leadership to balance labor across shifts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field or 1–5 years of supervisory experience, familiarity with Manhattan WMS, and strong safety and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or at least 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.
• Experience with seasonal work forces is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements shipping and receiving work schedules and assignments to meet goals.
• Provides direct supervision to warehouse personnel matching skill and background to work required.
• Supervises inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinates maintenance of equipment and reviews daily productivity to meet objectives.
• Drafts and submits daily end of shift reports and communicates results to management.
• Offers coaching, feedback, and development for staff and participates in talent selection.
• Maintains accurate timekeeping records and adheres to HR policies.
