Job summary

AJC International, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Support Specialist to flexibly assist three core areas: produce inspection, intermodal trucking, and the receiving/appointment desk. You will rotate weekly as priorities shift and report to the Transportation Lead.

The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and teamwork in a dynamic warehouse setting, with emphasis on accurate data entry and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in logistics, transportation, receiving, dispatching, produce inspection, or related operational support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word; ability to learn WMS and dispatch systems.
• Experience with accurate data entry and maintaining records in operational systems.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support three areas of warehouse operations: intermodal trucking, receiving/appointment desk, and produce inspection.
• Assist with scheduling, dispatch documents, freight bills, and invoices.
• Manage inbound delivery appointments and driver paperwork; track inbound trailers.
