Short Intro and About the Job

At Danone, manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently hiring a Warehouse Operator in West Jordan, UT.

Warehouse Operators support the Flow and Packaging departments in the manufacturing plant, working in either the dry materials warehouse (raw materials) or refrigerated warehouse (finished products). This role requires operating a forklift.

The base pay is $23.48/hr plus a night shift differential of $1.25/hr. After a 90-day probation, pay increases to $26.09/hr plus the shift differential. The shift is 12 hours, from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, on a 4-4-3 rotating schedule. Training occurs on day shift, from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

About You

Preferred: Previous forklift and warehouse experience.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

You should be able to:

• Read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Understand basic math, instructions, and memos.
• Operate industrial equipment safely in tight and high-traffic areas.
• Use a computer for data entry and retrieval.
• Present information clearly in small groups or one-on-one.
