Shift Details

12-hour rotating night shift (5PM-5AM), scheduled as 3/4-days (Week 1: Monday-Wednesday; Week 2: Monday-Thursday). Every weekend off.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of extrusion equipment.
• Control and adjust machine settings, inspect parts, and remove defective products.
• Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product issues.
• Identify and report machine performance or quality issues.
• Participate in equipment changeovers and process monitoring.
• Support high-quality production and communicate effectively with team members.
• Maintain accurate records and pursue continuous improvement through Kaizen.
• Follow safety and quality regulations and policies.

Required Competencies/Skills

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Punctuality and accountability.
• Ability to analyze charts, follow diagrams, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Basic PC skills in a Windows environment.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Position in a clean room or lab environment with physical activities including standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and exposure to mechanical equipment and chemicals. Must wear PPE and have corrected vision of 20/40.

Additional Information

On-site collaboration is prioritized with a minimum of 4 days in-office per week. Employment may require proof of COVID-19 vaccination or testing, subject to legal accommodations.
